Justin Tuck wanted a bigger ring than Michael Strahan’s. And now he’s going to get it.
“(Michael Strahan) talked about the ‘10-table ring,’” Tuck said. “He wanted a ring you could see from 10 tables away.
“I talked about the ‘Restaurant Ring.’ I wanted one that was big enough to see throughout whatever restaurant you go in and see it from each corner.”

Day 11 I fell off the wagon :-( It’s hard sticking to a “diet” with limited knowledge of alternate food choices. Along with the fact that I never got enough calories to sustain me through the day (high metabolism). I do realize that I need to consume less meat in my diet. I went 10 days strong & am a little wiser! Always celebrate the brighter side :-)
Sunday’s aren’t Sunday without my Grandma’s fried chicken, yet I had none. Over the hump & coasting into week 2!

Okay, let’s recap shall we?
Day 5: I realized every place I go around here to eat out, specializes in meat! From the salads to the main entrees. Except for the boring side salads :-(
Day 6: I almost fell off the wagon and laid under it after smelling pepperoni pizza for school lunch. My favorite, hadn’t had it all year! Which triggered the desire for a hamburger, chicken strips, and anything else I could find. Luckily my will was greater than my desires. Even though it was a battle to the end.
Now it is Day 7, not craving meat as much. Very proud for not breaking down after Day 6. One week down and two more to go! I can do what? I can do this!!!

Went shopping today for the week. Spent more time in the produce section then any other area of the store. That’s a first! 80/20 rule for health, good eating habits in full effect!
