Day 2 of my 21 day no meat diet. So far so good, just have one hitch. I’m NOT trying to lose weight just eat healthier. Even though eating healthier makes my calorie intake low, which means I’m eating more throughout the day to keep my calorie intake up. A high metabolism is a blessing & a curse. Smh
